These images are of the Rewarewa Bridge over our local Waiwakaiho River. It is a recent addition to our beautiful coastal walkway.
This bridge was designed to represent a breaking wave.

Maree, that's a beautiful photo! From the side it looks like the skeleton of some kind of land-dwelling animal, something with his head close to the ground. Great interpretation!
